Adventist Health Hospice to Host Butterfly Release

Adventist Health Hospice invites community members to a Memorial Butterfly Release and Service of Remembrance at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, at the Evan’s Riverside Home, 31411 Road 180, Visalia. This free event offers families and friends an opportunity to honor and remember loved ones who have passed.

The ceremony will include a collective butterfly release, which symbolizes hope, transformation and the enduring presence of those held dear.

Attendees will also experience a thoughtful service of remembrance designed to bring comfort, reflection and connection.

“The Butterfly Release is a beautiful reflection of our community coming together to honor loved ones and support one another,” said Lauren Day, president of the Adventist Health Central California Foundation. “Every gift helps us improve hospice care, grief counseling and essential resources so that patients and families feel supported every step of the way.”

Community members may reserve a butterfly or donate to Adventist Health Hospice services by visiting http://www.adventisthealth.org/butterflyrelease.

Participation opportunities range from $25 to $100 and sponsorships are available.
