Dill Dinkers Opens First Indoor Pickleball Facility in South Valley

Dill Dinkers Visalia is finally open.

The new facility features 11 regulation pickleball courts, a half-court for lessons, exercise equipment, table tennis, and vending machines filled with snacks and drinks.

The facility celebrated its "soft opening" on Oct. 8, but held pickleball events before that, starting with a Members' Night on October 2.

"There were over 100 people here," said co-owner Bill Revilla. "That was all free for the members. We gave them gifts, we treated them to a taco dinner, and everybody enjoyed themselves.

The next day, the Central Valley teams in the Ultimate Pickleball League held a regional Semi-Pro Match Day at the facility.

A Dill Dinkers team from Maryland, which included company co-founder Denise Richards, were present to assist the opening of Dill Dinkers Visalia.

"Every club that we open gets better and better in terms of the facility, and this one's off the charts," Richards said. "It's beautiful, the owners couldn't be nicer, the staff is incredible, and I know it's going to be a huge success."

Dill Dinkers is located at 700 S. Bridge St., Visalia. For reservations or more information, call (559) 382-2465.
